What is Tattoo Removal?

Tattoo removal is the process of removing a tattoo on a body over the course of multiple treatments, depending on many factors like the color, placement, skin condition, skin type, layering, and age of a tattoo.

There are a few different ways tattoos are removed (see below), but the most common is laser tattoo removal.

While most people think tattoo removal is the laser “erasing” the ink from the skin, the laser is actually breaking the tattoo pigment into smaller pieces, which are then flushed from the body with assistance from the ‘ol immune system.

There’s nothing that irks us more than trying to figure out how much something will be only to find a “set up a consultation” button where prices should be.

We believe in upfront pricing.

There is no variable pricing with our different wavelengths/colors of your tattoo. our lasers have three TRUE laser wavelengths and never incurs an extra charge for using any of them.

Of course, there will be variables in tattoo removal cost.

We won’t charge you $225 if your tattoo is in between the small and medium sizes — we’re not monsters.

We do want you to have a general idea of how much we charge while you make the decision to come to us for your removal.

We want to make it an easy decision for you - we know that making phone calls or having to leave your house to get the information you can get online is antiquated, and we’ve got nothing to hide.

Zimmer Cryo 6

The Zimmer Cryo delivers cold air as low as -30°C. The device is intended to minimize pain and thermal injury during laser treatments while also providing temporary topical anesthetic relief during the tattoo removal. Unlike other cooling methods, such as contact cooling, cryogen spray or ice packs, Zimmer Cryo can cool the epidermis before, during and after the laser energy has been applied, without interfering with the laser beam.
