Please note that we often have our door locked as we are appointment only. Your provider may not be in the lobby until your appointment time.
If you’ll be driving, please note that it is “pay to park” around our neck of the woods, so you may want to download the Parking Kitty App to alleviate stress with the meter.


cancellation policy

We understand that situations arise for which you must cancel your appointment. As a courtesy to our staff, as well as other clients, we request a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling notice. You will receive a confirmation email/text 36-hours before your appointment if applicable. Cancellation and last minute rescheduling fees are as follows:

All Services $99+

  • Cancellation within 24 to 12 hours of appointment: $50

  • Cancellation within 12 to 3 hours of appointment: 50% of service cost

  • Cancellation within 3 hours of appointment: 100% of service cost

Services less than $99 (includes virtual consultations)

  • Cancellation within 24 to 12 hours of appointment: $25

  • Cancellation within 12 to 3 hours of appointment: 50% of service cost or $25 (whichever is greater)

  • Cancellation within 3 hours of appointment: 100% of service cost or $25 (whichever is greater)

Rescheduling services $99+

  • Reschedule request less than 12 hours from your appointment: $50

Rescheduling services less than $99 (includes virtual consultations)

  • Reschedule request less than 12 hours from your appointment: $25


treatment room

In order to provide the best service possible and to keep the service as safe as possible, only the person being treated is permitted in the room during the appointment.

No children are allowed in the treatment room during your service, we also do not provide childcare.

Children between the ages of 13-17 (16-17 years old for laser treatments) who wish to undergo treatments must have a parent sign a consent form and wait in our waiting area during their treatment.
